SHIPPING
We offer free home delivery to the contiguous 48 states. Unfortunately, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, or Mexico, and we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse within 2 business days.
Smaller sheds and covers will be left at your delivery address. For larger sheds, our carriers will contact you by phone to schedule a delivery time, and a homeowner must be present to receive the shipment
CANCELATIONS
We will do our best to get your shipment to you as soon as possible. If your order has not been dispatched, you will not incur any fees.

If you would like to cancel your order and it is in transit, the cancelation will be treated as a return and a 20% re-stocking fee and return shipping will apply.
Please contact Poly-Tex Customer Service for all returns or products damaged in transit.
Email receipt or proof of purchase to Poly-Tex, who will accept returns up to 30 days after purchase.
Product must be un-used, in resalable condition and in the original box. Poly-Tex is not responsible for the return freight and we charge a 20% restocking fee. Reminder: Carriers will require your product to be securely strapped to a pallet.
